    TYPICAL INVENTORY CONTROL PROGRAM

    1. Set up blanket order indicating part number, release quantity, & price

    2. Establish minimum & maximum inventory levels based on monthly/weekly usage

    3. Establish lead time for delivery (usually 3-5 business days after release is sent via email or fax)

    4. Establish maximum hold time for inventory (normally 60 days without release)
