Non-Metallic expansion joints are flexible connectors designed to provide stress relief in ducting systems by absorbing movement caused by thermal changes. They also act as vibration isolators, shock absorbers, and in some minor instances, make up for minor misalignment of adjoining ducting or equipment.

Non-Metallic expansion joints can be supplied as non-assembled belt only or 100% factory assembled complete with EJ frames, backup bars and hardware.
There are two (2) belt profiles available for expansion joints: “Flat Belt” style or “U-Belt” style. Each profile has design benefits for the overall design of pipe and duct systems.
